"Dawson" - Brand Metamorphosis (Adobe Illustrator, After Effects) 2024-2025
Normally you'd think chocolate isn't healthy for birds, yet my randomizer doomed me to have to combine these two.
For the seagull, I looked at basic references first to get a feel of how these sky rats move, as it had to be an animated logo transition too. Having picked my final concept, I moved to Illustrator to work on the visualization of my idea, and built the gull up in different layers so it could be properly utilized by me and my classmates.

The final result was a rude seagull snatching your chocolate nut formed from a bottle of  Roqiu, that had been crushed to transform into said nut.
"Cheetos" - Styling (Ink, Charcoal & Adobe Illustrator) 2024
With a very long, and required, designing process we were first told to choose an animal.
While mainstream animals such as carnivores and common pets were frowned upon due to their popularity, I went with a long time favorite kitty either way.
First off, we had to learn the animal. With many references I chose common angles in with the Cheetah posed, and then tried to swing it in different ways. By using the shape language of its head I was able to pose it differently and also try out dynamic poses. Eventually I had selected three favorites.
With my favorites in mind, I had to do a final purge and select my very very favorite. I chose the first one, due to its friendly approach as the organization I would be using it for was a daycare. I kept the rather bold lines I had made with the first tool, which was ink.
The last step was to use fonts compatible with your end result and to combine these in a plausible way for your organization. After that, You'd go into color and try a variation of vibrant or muted colors. In the end, I stuck with a green logo palette.
