Nighttime Stroll - Naomi
Promptly rendering over the eyes without much thought, the line work for the eyes' outline was smudged with skin shading and hair. Trying to express the heavy weight of the axe, I made Naomi lean more towards the other side to show how much effort she's putting into dragging the weapon.

Vulnerable
For a wide screen I went for the feeling you experience when there's too much space. Having Talon shield himself defensively is part of this expression, as there's nothing for him to hide behind. I wanted to put extra remark on his angry expression by making more thin lines resembling muscle clog the area.

Blockstarplanet 10th Anniversary
Having marked out the main direction towards the horizon line, I started out with cube shapes to accurately depict the characters with the perspective guiding their forms and positions. To not have my drawing application succumb to the file size, I merged the layers with finished rendering to their lines.

Sophisticated Sachrei
Starting out with three various concepts, I quickly decided on a full-body illustration. Making the most of the upper color wheel and staying in the green and reds, I created contrast between Sachrei and the eye-catching curtain.

Weezer & Minecraft
A rough figure sketch as starting point built up to a front facing sketch which I had to perfect, it being my first full body from this angle after all. By using the eraser to create line weight, I marked areas in which there was more tension, and finally moved to coloring the figures in.

Lady Dimitrescu - Victorian Garnet
Starting out with blocking in the shape of her body, I gradually worked towards molding her silhouette, after which I set the flat colors and continued to further apply light and dark to showcase her facial shape and folds of the lingerie. As last touch I rendered over the lines I had previously drawn.

Rim & Talon
By blocking the shape of the head and neck out first, I was able to determine the angle by using guidelines. I then went ahead and used two different sizes of brush, using one to add more texture to the drawing to mimic the paper-y style. After coloring in the flat colors, I used a wet paintbrush to highlights shadows and light.
